Our facilities also include an outdoor gazebo with picnic tables and easy access for all that is available for family gatherings. We also are host to several religious group studies and community meetings of political and civic interest groups.

Brookside Amenities
Each unit is equipped with an electric range/oven and a two-door refrigerator/freezer, walk-in shower, emergency pull cord system in the bedroom and bathroom, lots of closet and storage space, cable television and telephone jacks, carpeting, and large windows to enjoy the views of our Fall River valley.
The building has two elevators serving all floors and there is a spacious laundry room on second floor for our residents. The emergency pull cord system is coordinated with the fire detection system, with smoke detectors in each apartment. Our Property Attendant lives in the building to respond to emergencies at night and over weekends.
Our common areas include a comfortable lounge where there’s always a jigsaw puzzle in progress, a lively game of Phase 10, Uno or dominoes going on, and plenty of good books on shelves to pick from for a relaxing afternoon of reading. We have a full-sized pool table and dartboards in a game room waiting for spirited competition. Our community room is home for weekday Senior Meals that are prepared at the VA and brought to us for individual servings by resident volunteers.
