Each of the units has it’s own outside entrance into the living room, where a large window overlooks the central courtyard. Each kitchen is equipped with a full-sized electric range and a double-door refrigerator, with adjoining dining space. The bedroom is large enough for a queen-sized bed with plenty of room for a chest and generous closet space. The bathroom has a full bath tub, while 2 of the units are equipped with a walk-in shower for handicapped accessibility. Our units average just over 500 square feet and each is equipped with a 30 gallon water heater for plenty of hot water! Each unit is also equipped with emergency pull-cords for neigborly response if someone should fall or need emergency assistance. The floorplan at left will give some general ideas about dimensions and available space for your personal property and furniture.

The park-like setting includes a covered gazebo for community gatherings during nice weather or family picnics. The community building has coin-operated laundry equipment for the use of all residents and a small office for leasing activities. One of the residents serves as responder for maintenance needs and simple grounds keeping, as well as the occasional times when a resident inadvertently locks their door without having their keys with them! Off-street parking is available for residents and a limited number of visitors without charge.
